Cost Deployment Operation Analyst - Finance Data Analyst

This role is summary
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Cost Deployment (CD) Operation Analyst to join our Finance Team in Amana, Iowa. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Cost Deployment Operation Specialist is a key position that is responsible for calculating and reporting financial loss metrics across the organization. This position will adhere to World Class Manufacturing Principles, and focus to enhance data collection and reporting as the plant continues to mature in their application of this project organization methodology
 
Your responsibilities will include
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within the plant to structure and analyze data related to financial losses.
  • Responsible for accessing data from multiple sources to report out both weekly and periodic updates to guide plant resources project focus.
  • Implement new tools that impact data collection, metrics and reporting.
  • Support existing tools for data collection, metrics and reporting until phased out by new technology.
  • Owns compass room periodic updates to reports and design.
  • Partners with multiple pillars to update audit slides creating consistency for report outs.
  • Provides CD training across plant as needed
  • World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Cost Deployment Processes Support

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in data base administration 
  • 3+ years’ experience with data analysis accessing and standardizing data from multiple sources
 
Preferred skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Business, Finance, Accounting or Computer Science
  • Experience using excel/google sheet functionality algorithms, MS Office and Google Suite programs
  • Data analysis and data mining abilities 
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Planning and organizing tasks, managing priorities, and utilizing available resources to complete tasks within the deadline
  • Communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Problem solving skills
