2022 Virtual Summer Intern Program – Product Analyst Intern

The Product Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to join an exciting space involved in interactions with all areas of Servicing, IT, and Finance. The successful candidate will be able to learn product management, information system design, business use case development, business process mapping, and many more! 
 
Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Introduction to the Agile methodology and software development lifecycle 
  • Review development of systems to make scalable 
  • Assist with cost benefit analysis preparation 
  • Process optimization and process improvement/efficiencies 
  • Write stories and help keep the product backlog in logical work groupings and sequences based on business priority 
  • Assist with managing feedback from app users to inform the development process 
  • Validate and test new features and app versions to support a continuous release process 
  • Monitor production issues and escalate accordingly to see the issue through to resolution  
  • Maintain regular reporting of key metrics 
  • Work with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor our logging and metrics 
 
Basic Qualifications 

  • Enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date (June 2022) 
  • Majoring in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related degree 
  • Interested in project management, business management, and or system development 
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future) 
 
Preferred Qualifications 

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills 
  • Experience with Excel (i.e. functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
