2022 Virtual Part-Time Spring Co-Op Program – Marketing Intern

The Xome Marketing Intern will learn various aspects of brand marketing and what it takes to build a company that people can trust. Projects will include developing branded campaigns and content for use across a variety of channels like social media, email, digital advertising, websites, and events. This role will develop critical leadership skills, learn how to create and execute project plans, how to get buy-in from team members, how to work with creative teams, and much more. This is an opportunity to gain real-world, hands-on work experience while working on real business challenges that will help build enduring team member and customer relationships, while learning about the real estate industry and how brand and marketing play a critical role.

Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Partner with marketing and in-house creative agency team to develop customer-facing campaigns across multiple channels, which includes: 
  • Assisting build out plans & content for social media, website and blog 
  • Creating campaigns is part of the fun but learning how to evaluate campaign performance and making recommendations to improve future campaigns is also a key part of this role! 
 
Basic Qualifications 
  • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date  
  • Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising 
  • Previous Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations Agency internship 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines simultaneously  
  • Must provide 2-3 marketing or brand management related work samples and introductory video 
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future) 
 
Preferred Qualifications 

  • Social Media Management: Content planning and creation for social channels, including scheduling and reporting  
  • Developed content for websites or blogs  
  • Experience with SWOT analysis/competitive intelligence reporting 
  • Experience with tech platforms like WordPress, Email & CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp), Social Media tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.), & website reporting tools (Google Analytics)
