During the three-year program, each FLDP completes two 12-month and two 6-month challenging assignments throughout various functional areas and businesses in Raytheon Technologies Finance organization fostering the development of future leaders of the company. Upon completion of the three-year rotation period, FLDP graduates assume responsible positions throughout the company and will receive continued mentorship from leaders within the Finance Organization.

The FLDP recruits highly motivated college graduates who demonstrate leadership ability and academic excellence and prepares them for a successful career within RTX. Potential participants must be proven team players, who possess excellent technical competence, initiative, and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning.

The FLDP is the strategic early-career component of an integrated talent development construct that is designed to attract, develop and retain transformational leaders. The FLDP is structured to provide rich development opportunities through targeted experiential and applied learning. FLDP graduates possess a solid platform of skills, experiences and professional connections to launch a successful career at Raytheon Technologies.
