Digital Experience Analyst Internship

 Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively across the enterprise to drive the creation and maintenance of COUNTRY digital properties
  • Executes digital strategy top priorities to acquire new clients and improve ease of self-service
  • Assists with projects that may include working with our website, specific marketing programs, or providing new/enhanced functionality within our website and/or self-service tool for clients
  • Provides support to the user experience analyst and enterprise teams to deliver consumer centric experiences across devices, focusing on sales and self-service
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to effectively manage expectations, scope, schedule, and budget to ensure targets and requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Digital Analytics, Marketing or a related field
  • Must be able to work full-time hours from late May to early August 2022. The internship may be extended part-time into the fall semester; depending on the availability of the student, the needs of the company, and strong work performance.
  • Graduation date of December 2022 or beyond
  • Familiarity with web technology
  • Knowledge of project management tools and terminology, and basic understanding of agile principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform detailed work, think both creatively and logically, and use sound judgment
  • Knowledgeable of consumer digital experiences
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
