Marketing Program Management Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small campaigns (timelines, execution setup, customer journey maps, requirement documents) 
  • Participate in campaign fulfillment, including email, mail, and call interactions; potentially working with multiple vendors and various data 
  • Track results of executed campaigns and provide recommendations to optimize
  • Promote the use of effective campaigns and consumer interactions with our agency field force and others 
  • Assist with testing efforts to support representative facing campaigns
  • Work independently and within teams to plan, develop and implement a variety of marketing or training related products 
  • Lead and complete research and analysis on campaigns, customers, and prospects

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work full-time hours from late May to early August 2022
  • The internship will be extended part-time into the school year; depending on the availability of the student, the needs of the company, and strong work performance. Therefore, must also be able to work part-time hours (15-20 hours per week) during the Fall 2022 and Spring 2022 semesters.
  • Graduation date of May 2023 or beyond
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • Previous Marketing technology experience and/or Marketing or Business-related internship experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in teams or independently when needed
  • Ability to think creatively and logically, multi-task while working within a fast-pace environment with multiple challenging priorities, and use sound judgment
  • Basic statistical analysis skills with the ability to create and analyze metrics
  • Ability to compile findings, identify trends and make high level recommendations
  • Strong personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Visio
