Central Missouri Foster Care & Adoption Association is seeking an Outreach VISTA Specialist to be part of our multi-faceted team as we work to develop sustainable programming to mitigate ACES for kids who are in the crossfires of the Opioid crisis, currently in foster care and those awaiting adoption. The rural region of Missouri has pockets of poverty that needs our services at a critical level. Sustainable programming is the goal and strong volunteers in every corner of the 13 county region Central Missouri Foster Care & Adoption Association serves. CMFCAA provides many networking, training and valuable skills to take to the next level of your career. Join our team and make a difference in the life of a child. 

Member Duties: This VISTA member will grow CMFCAA’s brand by recruiting and training volunteers of mental health professionals, community citizens, foster and adoptive parents and more. You will build capacity of CMFCAA by developing and implementing infrastructure development tools, donor development systems through creative communication and technological tools.
