Social Media Manager
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be working closely with our Social Media Director to manage dozens of social media channels across several platforms.
Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities
* Implement and manage social media strategies
* Achieve important social media KPIs
* Manage and oversee social media content
* Measure the success of social media campaigns
* Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
* Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
* Collaborate with writers and reporters to ensure social media content is timely
* Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
* Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
* Adhere to rules and regulations
* Present to Senior Management
Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications
* Significant knowledge and passion for the Disney theme parks and Disney products
* 2 years of experience with multiple social media platforms (ideally managing pages and channels)
* Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
* Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+ and other social media brands and best practices
* Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
* Good understanding of social media KPIs
* Great leadership skills
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
