SeekOut is a fast-growing, profitable startup backed by prominent VC firms in the Pacific Northwest that closed a $65M Series-B round in March 2021. Our revenue growth and customer adoption rate are incredibly strong, and we are looking to close out this year with 3x revenue growth, year over year. Job Description
We are looking for talented account executives to join our team. You will have an opportunity to be part of a passionate and diverse group – to learn, grow, and make a significant and meaningful impact to a growing product. 

As an Account Executive at SeekOut, you will:  
  • Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contracts 
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately
  • Collaborate across the organization, working closely with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Legal and Finance

Qualifications
You will make a great match if you have:  
  • Experience selling into HR, sourcing or recruiting business units
  • Experience selling SaaS products/services and/or managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • An understanding of (or a desire to understand) the full-cycle recruiting process, best practices, and/or the talent acquisition industry as a whole
  • Proficient computer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
