2022 Summer Intern - Human Resources

Full-time, paid temporary summer opportunity. Will work on various projects with the team, as well as day-to-day tasks.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with job postings, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, booking conference rooms, assist with preparations for campus recruitment efforts.
  • Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding process and attend New Hire Orientation sessions; may assist with related new hire paperwork.
  • HRIS/Payroll: Data cleanup, assistance with uploadingĀ documents into electronic employee files, assist with reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned with our Talent Management and Total Rewards areas.

Qualifications

  • College student - preferably studying Human Resources
  • MS Office proficiency/strong working knowledge
  • Solid organizational and communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a professional environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 desired
