The Diversified Analog Solutions team in Woburn is seeking a highly-motivated college student to assist in the area of test, measurement, and data analysis automation. In this role, you will gain valuable practical first-hand career-enhancing experience and insight into the aspects of complex RF product test and analysis for high-volume manufacturing from hands-on laboratory tasks to the deliverables required for the overall Skyworks Product Realization Process. If you are passionate about RF technologies including WiFi, Bluetooth, and 5G, and want to make your mark in this exciting field, Skyworks is the place for you to jump-start your career!


Job Responsibilities

 
  • Contribute to the development of computer algorithms, subroutines, and processes for DAS BU automated testing and data analysis facilities
  • Assist in laboratory with hands-on development and/or troubleshooting of test, measurement, and data analysis automation code used to configure automated test stands, control instruments, and interface with databases
  • Test and verify automation code
  • Writing associated documentation
 
 

Job Requirements

 
  • B.S. EE/CS Degree or in process of completion
  • Must have the available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday starting Jan 4th, 2022 thru June 24th, 2022
  • Familiarity with the following are a plus:
  • RF/EM theory, systems, design, and testing
  • database design and applications
  • computer programming (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Visual Basic, or other programming language or environment)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Must be willing to work in a hands-on environment
  • Must have good time management, communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Must be a curious and creative problem solver who is willing to explore, learn, and apply new concepts outside of "the comfort zone"
