Sign-on bonus: $4,000
Payout schedule:
$1,000 at the time of hire
$1,000 after 90 days of employment
$1,000 after 12 months of employment
$1,000 after 24 months of employment
All sign-on bonuses paid are subject to state, federal and FICA taxes.
This position is for a flex counselor working with our Adult Day Therapy Program. The position is Monday-Friday with standard hours of 8:00AM - 4:30PM which can change with programming needs.

What You Will Do
Provide behavioral health counseling services.
What You Will Need
Minimum Qualification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification obtained within thirty days of hire date to position required.
(AND)
One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
