RN Director for Home Health and Hospice
RN DIRECTOR – HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE OF DICKINSON COUNTY
This position manages the safe delivery of Home Health and Hospice services per the agency’s philosophy and standards, maintains compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations, plans, develops, implements and evaluates services, programs and activities and is responsible for all day to day operations of staff of approximately 40 throughout Dickinson County.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health and Hospice
- Organizational/communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with high stress levels
- Fiscal planning, budgeting, and management experience
