Summer 2022 Research & Development Intern
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of new products, improvement of existing products, maintenance of cost effective formulations, and timely resolution of technical service issues related to Fluid, Cultured, and Frozen Dairy Products.
- Assist in development of Pilot Plant and Lab equipment SOP’s.
- Develop RD Process Flow Diagrams.
- Conduct Laboratory and Pilot Plant trials.

Requirements
The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2022 with a degree focus in Food Science.
