**This seasonal summer intern position will be available June 2022 – August 2022**

As a Summer Associate Intern, you’ll gain insight into how we create and execute on many challenges that come with being one of top retailers in the U.S. This experiential internship opportunity will give you access to develop industry-related knowledge and skills in a professional environment, network with Best Buy employees, and explore various career paths with the potential for a full-time offer barring successful completion of the internship
 
Examples of work might include: (*work examples are not intended to be exhaustive, and interns may be placed on another team and/or need to perform other duties as assigned)
  • Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities
  • Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the research and development of new process capabilities
  • Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance
  • Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved
  • Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions
 
Required Skills and Experience:
·      Pursuing a bachelor’s or associates degree from an accredited college/university, graduating between Fall 2022 and Spring 2025
·      Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
·      Proficient in Microsoft office
·      Must be willing to work in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area in a Hybrid Model (2-3 days in the office)
 
Preferred Skills and Experience:
·      Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or similar degree
·      Experience working with and manipulating data within Excel
·      Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
·      Critical thinking and problem solving
·      Experience with Power BI
