Service Operations: Service Enablement Change Management- Summer 2022 Internship

We are looking for curious, analytical, communicative, strategic thinkers to join our Service Operations Change Management summer internship program.

As an intern you will develop and acquire project management and change management skills that will culminate with a presentation on a current strategic initiative. 
 
Job Summary
Provides support to project managers who are responsible for execution and change management on small to medium complex and core operational initiatives within Service Operations. Facilitates small team discussions dedicated to the implementation of business solutions affecting employees, customers and agents aligning with the enterprise strategy. Provides business analytics and problem resolution alternatives aimed at the improvement of service, efficiency, and quality. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and business units to implement solutions aligning with enterprise strategy. 
 
Requirements for consideration include:
•   Current student pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Mathematics, or related major/equivalent course work
•   Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills 
•   Excel and pivot table knowledge 
•   Data Analysis  
  o   Aggregate & Analyze data 
  o   Extrapolate and make recommendations re the data 
•   Self-motivated and effective time management skills 
•   GPA of 3.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale 
•   Eligible to work in the United States
