Training Technology Analyst - (Human Resources Analyst II)

The City of Portland and the Bureau of Human Resources is seeking a Training Technology Analyst to join our team.
 
The Training Technology Analyst manages the structure of the City of Portland’s Learning Management System (LMS), a software program that contains 25 years’ worth of training history and records for thousands of City employees past and present.
 
Working in collaboration with bureau training partners and stakeholders, the Analyst identifies, trains, and supports a team of CityLearner Coordinators at the bureau level to ensure timely bureau access to and use of CityLearner. The Analyst is also responsible for establishing and consistently reinforcing quality assurance standards for all mandatory Citywide online trainings (eLearnings) used to fulfill the City’s legal, equity, and policy obligations, including online trainings that are developed internally by the Analyst and/or trained City staff, or that are produced by third parties.
