Beyond Malibu Summer Staff

For over 40 years Beyond has been changing lives through wilderness adventure ministry. Every year we help roughly 500 participants experience real adventure in the breathtaking mountains and picturesque inlets of British Columbia.

We are seeking mature Christians with proven leadership abilities to spend a summer or two serving God in this extraordinary way. We train and equip our guides with the technical and first aid knowledge needed to lead exciting week-long mountaineering or sea kayaking adventures. Our base camp staff provides the logistical support needed to introduce participants to an adventurous life in Christ.  If you are adventurous, passionate, and committed to living out God’s love through service to others, join our staff and our community.
