Training and Development Coordinator


Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering the City’s training, development and wellbeing initiatives including onboarding, engagement, wellness, internships, and recognition programming utilizing adult learning principles and best practice training methods.


Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, instructional design, business or public administration, or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
Possession of a valid driver’s license is desirable.
