Email/CRM Specialist
University Relations
 
Builds, executes and continuously improves digital communications for the University using a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system and/or a designated email marketing platform; tracks and manages analytics and creates weekly reports; builds email templates, journeys, workflow logic streams, automation rules and performs audience segmentation monitoring; ensures all digital communications are prepared and approved on deadline; quickly addresses technical difficulties and refines or implements workflow processes to reduce errors; provides internal consultation on email best practices; and responds quickly to requests, including request for digital communications to be sent promptly.
           
Bachelor's degree; at least one year of related experience, including strong background in XHTML; proficiency in web coding; and background in Adobe Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Photoshop required. Student experience will be considered. Proficiency in determining accessibility of electronic communication in accordance with U.S. laws and familiarity with the CAN-SPAM law and best practices in mass emailing preferred.
