Multi-Media Journalist

As an MMJ you will write, shoot, edit and present stories live for daily newscasts, station website and other social media platforms. You will develop sources in the community and contribute story ideas daily. You will use your creative storytelling techniques to engage viewers and break down information to be clear and concise to our audience. We are looking for that ‘people person’ who can work in our TEAM environment!

Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field with a minimum 2 years on-air experience in a commercial television news operation. You must have non-linear editing experience, preferably Edius or Adobe Premiere. You must possess exceptional writing skills and work efficiently under tight deadlines. You must have a passion for storytelling and come to our editorial meetings with great story ideas!
