Launch Program Associate
Overview:
The Launch Associate will work for 1 months in 6 different business segments under the direction of a mentor manager to gain cross functional experience and exposure.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the business unit by managing entry level departmental tasks
- Attend department meetings and provide recaps
- Meet with top executives monthly to gain insight from the leaders of the business
- Participate in program events and projects
- Support process improvement through cross functional knowledge
- Special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Prior internships and/or related experience required
- Two or more referrals/recommendations from college counselors, educators or deans
- Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be adaptable and results oriented
