Customer Success Sales & Marketing Intern

Job Summary

Technology is reshaping the way we live, learn, and thrive. As the Customer Success Sales & Marketing Intern you will get firsthand experience in building on the way we interact with our customers. You will be reviewing processes, building business reviews, listening to the voice of the customer through traditional and E-Commerce sales channels to deliver a world class customer experience.
Work Responsibilities & Duties
  • Analyze customer experiences in all modes of business
  • Build a business review power point template to aid in customer retention and sales growth
  • Develop methods to increase great online reviews and drive participation in positive experiences
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers
  • Recommend solutions that best suit the customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite including Power Point
  • Must be a sophomore or higher pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or alternative equivalent
Preferred Skills and Expectations
  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills, relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive environment with co-workers and customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability with self-motivation to work on own initiative.
Additional Notes 
Must have the right to legally work in the United States.
Must have transportation to and from work.
Housing offered if needed
