ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER BUSINESS PARTNER

The Associate Customer Business Partner:

Engage cross functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, Shopper Insights and Shopper Marketing to create joint business plans

Is tasked with achieving annual sales, profit and share targets

Is responsible for forecasting base and promotional shipment volume for designated categories

Demonstrates Analytical and Category Management capabilities.

Executes routine business reviews and sales performance analysis

Acts as an active participant in the performance management process including feedback and coaching for top tier performance 

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrate a natural curiosity to lead while analyzing data to derive insights and recommendations. The candidate will be excited about the opportunity to live and work in multiple U.S. cities and build a career toward future sales leadership. 

 

 

Qualifications

Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a preference in business

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership experience during college years

Ability to relocate within the organization

Valid driver’s license is required

Proven analytical skills
