Position Summary: 
The Business Intelligence Analyst/ Marketing CRM Analyst will assist Business Intelligence Manager to create and do regular updates/maintenance of dashboards and reports in Salesforce for the business. She/he will also be responsible for helping conducting regular analysis on the sales pipeline, lead and opportunity conversion rates. Marketing Salesforce CRM analyst will also help the organization optimize the utilization Marketing Automation. This is a supporting role and Salesforce Analyst will have his/her day-to-day activities directed by the Business Intelligence Manager. 
 
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update Executive, RSM, BD, CAM, PS, product marketing and service dashboards.
  • Communicate with Salesforce users regularly to gather feedback on existing reports and dashboards and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Create new dashboards for SMG and SSG Salesforce users based on the existing standards.
  • Update quotas in the forecasting view page with every budgeting cycle.
  • Help create training materials for onboarding new hires and for communicating process changes.
  • Help conducting sales pipeline, service contract and lead conversion analysis.
  • Help increase customer engagement and manage digital marketing Automation activities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Customize interactions with customers to an individual customer’s behavior and guide them along the most appropriate path to Mitsubishi product or service by using Interaction Studio.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

 Travel Requirements
  • 10% travel based on demand, primarily with in Americas.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience
  • BS in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.),
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio, Digital Engagement
  • Detail oriented and fast learner
  • Ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong organizational and management skills including time management, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Beneficial Education, Skills and Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience with data manipulation
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products is desired – Servo/Motion control, PLC, HMI, VFD
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, SAP Analyzer BEx etc.
 Physical, Environmental, Cognitive Requirements
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present information to multiple audiences effectively.
  • Ability to recall facts and/or details (memory)
