Product Operations Analyst

The focus of the Product Operations Analyst is the oversight of Software Licensing, Entitlements, and Compliance Oversight supporting the entire product portfolio at LightEdge. Product ops (short for product operations) is an operational function that optimizes the intersection of product, engineering, implementations, operations, and customer success.
The Product Operations Analyst is responsible for making sure that all company policies and procedures for software licensing are followed by employees. They put in place proactive measures to prevent noncompliant practices from occurring within an organization. By ensuring the company adopts and follows policies, the Product Ops Analyst reduces risk to the company of licensing violations and fines from vendors. Additionally, controls cost of spend for unused licenses and produces auditable reports to demonstrate compliance to the organization.

Requirements:
  • 0-1+ Years of experience in Product Operations or License Management
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding and using data to make decisions
  • Strong understanding of business objectives
  • Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly detailed organizational skills
