Position Description:
 
Per-Diem Community Education and Outreach Program Assistant – Digital Education Position Description: The Community Education and Outreach Program Assistant – Digital Education, working under the Senior Director of Community Education and Outreach, will assist with CE&O department’s digital health education content production. This position will assist with the pre- and postproduction, content development and editing processes along with administrative support for all digital education produced by CE&O.
 
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with pre-production scheduling and health education content development for all CE&O digital platforms (i.e., YouTube, Mediflix, Live+)
  • Support the digital post-production process including video review; video editing; accessibility files and platform upload.
  • Assist with interdepartmental communications dedicated to production to support the management of content development including talent scheduling and footage requests.
  • Provide administrative support for the digital content process including, preparing AV requests, prepping for video shoots, and organizing and managing video files and playlists,
  • Support Community Education & Outreach ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate student interested in public health, video production or health education content development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
  • Familiarity with Vimeo or minor video editing, a plus
  • Position is hybrid-Access to a working computer, internet, and phone required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, written and verbal communications skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task
