Asset Management Intern
Asset Management Intern- Equipment Program & Revolving Fund Forecasting
- Review of current budget and actual expenditures for equipment acquired by the Department
- Prepare and maintain budget documents for use by the office of Finance
- Track the movement of the assets using our Fleet Management System
- The candidate must be able to operate a personal computer, have moderate level of familiarity with Excel, and be able to navigate through various computer systems
- They must also have effective oral and written communication skills and work well with co-workers
Desired majors (not required): Accounting/Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Event Management, Computer Information Systems.
Requirements: Currently enrolled students in a degree program at an accredited educational institution.
Duration: Part-time during fall and spring semesters (up to 20-hours per week). Ideal candidate will continue working full-time (up to 40 hours/week) during the summer semester.
Location: Ames, IA
Salary: $15.98/hr
