Intern - People Solutions (HR), Summer 2023

About this role


We are seeking highly motivated university students in their junior year (graduating May/June 2024) to learn and contribute hands-on while working with our People Solutions (HR) teams. This is a great opportunity to get exposure into the world of talent attraction, development and engagement!

Interns will be placed in one of the following roles:

You’ll have the opportunity to work with teams in:
• Irvine, California
• Milpitas, California
• San Jose, California

Qualifications


Requirements:
  • Long term interest in a career in HR and current participation in an HR major or related university curriculum
  • Current undergraduate student graduating in May or June of 2024
  • Preference given to candidates based in Irvine, CA, Milpitas, CA, or San Jose, CA areas
  • Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you at any point in the future required (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
