Account Manager for Career and Life
Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for a motivated and committed Account Manager for Career and Life to join our team. This role is responsible for fostering relationships with key decision-makers at every level in corrections, adult basic education, and community workforce. This position will work out of our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.
What Will You Do?
This role will be responsible for maintaining current customers and growing business with Paradigm's Career and Life (JIST) list. The daily focus of this position will be researching leads, following up on marketing generated leads, capturing contact information in Paradigm's CRM, renewing existing business, growing new business, and managing customer needs.
The Account Manager will work with marketing communications in recommending marketing campaigns, as well as providing content ideas for social media campaigns. This individual will also identify events (in person, virtual, and hybrid) for evaluation in their focused markets of corrections, adult basic education, and community workforce.
