12-Week Curriculum

PSB Internship

Summary: 3 (4) week parts, culminating in a “what does this mean” portion near the end of our time. The internship is designed to arm interns with working knowledge of banking and finance as a way to BUILD a customer base. Each intern will be working off a checklist of “HOW TO” do specific activities at the bank, and when all the boxes are checked, interns will understand how to be a lender. The internship will not be rigid in design, however we do use the deliverable checklist to ensure we have been through all the essential functions of the job by the end of our time together.
