The Leadership Development Program is an opportunity for graduating college seniors (December 2023 or May 2024) who are looking to start a long-term career in the industrial distribution industry. 

 

This opportunity will provide you with a competitive salary while going through on the job training. This will include starting in the warehouse and learning the basics of the company while attending trainings and preparing yourself for advancement within the company. You will develop your skills in the electrical industry with a combination of mentoring, classroom, home-study, and on the job experience. It requires a strong commitment from each participant and would encompass these activities: 

  • Warehouse Operations
  • Sales
  • System software and tools
  • Fundamentals of Electricity 
  • Supplier Product Seminars
  • Customer Relations
  • Information Technology

 

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROGRAM.

  • Hard-working
  • Self-motivated
  • Communication skills
  • Geographically flexible (willing to relocate) 
  • Graduating in December 2023 or May 2024
