As a part of the Impact Advisors team, you will: 

  • Coordinate logistics and arrangements for conferences and sponsorships including registration, materials, and booth setup
  • Schedule and coordinate ongoing internal meetings, providing agendas, taking minutes, and documenting action items
  • Assist in managing invitations and attendees for client events, coordinating RSVP’s, logistics, and invoices
  • Curate and publish engaging posts across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance, website analytics, and marketing campaign results
  • Perform minor updates on the website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance
  • Assist with project management and coordination of ongoing marketing projects

About You: 

  • Motivated emerging professional and collaborative teammate who is interested in starting their career in Marketing
  • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
  • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Marketing, Advertising, and Communications with a December 2023 graduation date.
  • Ready to begin in January 2024
  • Authorized to work in the US
