Strategy & Operations Analyst
About the Role:
We are looking to grow our Strategy & Operations team. This team covers a wide range of upfront strategy all the way into driving detailed hands-on execution. We lead mission-critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine thought leadership, commercial pragmatism, and analytical rigor with enthusiasm for diving deeper into existing processes and tirelessly looking for opportunities to “move the needle.”
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key business trends and
opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and
operations - Analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement and make
recommendations to management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business
solutions - Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to
stakeholders - Create and maintain documentation of business processes, policies, and
procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging
technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau,
or PowerBI - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile
or Waterfall - Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging
technologies
