Land & Apartments is engaged in the acquisition, renovation, and management of real estate assets with a focus on multi-family.

Since inception, L&A has acquired over 3,000 apartment units across 3 states and is one of the largest owner-operators in the markets it participates in.

L&A has been very acquisitive over the past three years and intends to maintain pace by acquiring over 1,000 units. 

Program/Job description:

Research interns will get the chance to see every function within the company to develop an understanding of the business. In addition to cross-functional exposure, interns will be focused on tasks including, but not limited to:

-Participating in the underwriting and due diligence of new acquisitions.

-Formulating business plans for new acquisitions.

-Improving upon our acquisitions and financial databases.

-Analyzing trailing financials to identify:

•  Cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Producing 12 and 18-month budgets.

-Ad hoc research to identify assets suitable for acquisition.

Qualifications:

-Strong command of excel and other Microsoft office products.

-Strong interpersonal skills.

-Entrepreneurial personality.

-Intellectual curiosity.

Compensation/Opportunity:

Compensation entails hourly pay.
