Company Description

Momentum Staffing Group is a boutique, growth stage recruiting organization. We partner with drug development companies and help them grow quickly. Our recruiting services play a key role in helping them bring vital therapies to market.

We set out to revolutionize the way companies hire. Over the past several years, we’ve done just that for Chicago's burgeoning biotech market. Now, we're taking our approach national.

  • Base Salary - $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Candidates will have responsibility for fostering relationships with job seekers while matching them with the right career opportunities. Recruiters at Momentum identify, interview, evaluate and place candidates with some of the top biotechnology companies in the country. At its core, a Momentum Recruiter's main responsibility is building relationships. Eventually, candidates will have the opportunity to take on increasing levels of client interaction and will represent Momentum in various sales, recruiting and management capacities.

  • Review and evaluate applicant credentials for client positions.
  • Source candidates using various outreach methods, including job postings, resume boards and network referrals.
  • Represent Momentum displaying company core values: Diversity, Ambition, Determination, Quality Focus, and Integrity.

Requirements

  • Scientific knowledge is NOT required for this role.
  • Prefer experience in sales or recruiting.
  • BS in Communication, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in a self-directed, results driven, or competitive atmosphere is desirable.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, positive outlook and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to take on leadership roles within the organization provided development.
