About the Role:

The Business Analyst intern will assist Marketing and Business Development in analyzing data for business strategies and providing suggestions and solutions. They will effectively communicate solutions and improve current strategies.

Analyzes data using Excel and other BI tools with input from team members across organization to maintain and/ or improve monthly operational reporting.

Assists in the continuous improvement of the Business development dashboard.

Identifies key areas of opportunity for business growth using resources such as CMS Ambulatory Surgery Center data.

Performs weekly reporting for client accreditation certificate fulfillment and monthly operational reporting.

Develops market expansion profiles for select specialties.

Assists in creating ad hoc reporting for others within the organization.

Analyzes webinar registration and post survey data and prepare summary slide presentations.

 At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will present their project and AAAHC experience to the senior management team.

Minimum Qualifications and Job‐specific Competencies Required:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing or related majors
  • Rising Junior (3Y) or Senior (4Y)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL or other coding experience
