We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team!

Key Experience Needed: Technical Support Analyst

  • Preferably 2 years of experience supporting Windows PCs, handling support calls, and remotely diagnosing issues.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute required; 50 WPM preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficient in creating formal business documents using MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, or similar software.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities: Technical Support Analyst

  • Monitor and diagnose self-service kiosks remotely, addressing issues promptly.
  • Resolve remote-fixable issues and coordinate dispatch for more complex problems.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to meticulously track issues and incidents.
  • Communicate status changes in kiosk availability and repair delays to internal teams.
  • Engage in a helpdesk call center, providing support to third-party service providers and site contacts.
  • Identify necessary parts for kiosk repairs and liaise with the Logistics team for part shipments.
  • Participate in an On-Call rotation, offering 24/7 assistance to third-party service providers. 
  • Provide backup support to the Deployment team during periods of high workload, vacation days, or sick leave.
