Product Management Analyst
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Development – AI ML development
- Communication - Strong and effective communication skills
- Implement, enhance and integrate AI platform with ServiceNow, ITAM applications, GitHub and JIRA
- Gather and analyze the requirements provided by client.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze service metrics to facilitate decision making related to service improvements.
- Conduct unit testing and install new modules, releases and version upgrades.
- Discuss with Data Scientists and participate in AI Model governance process.
- Actively manages the life cycle of the AI platform, AI Model operations.
- Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in a specialized area, remaining up to date on current trends and bestpractices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation regarding development processes, best practice guidelines and other related artifacts (e.g. templates, etc.)
- Complete development, configuration and workflow administration to support business processes on the platform.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of ModelOps and MLOPs
- Experience working with ModelOp AI, Model Operations tool – ModelOp Center developed by ModelOP
- Junior level experience on AI Model Operation and governance
- Experience in Machine Learning applications and Machine Learning Operations
- Understanding of Model Life Cycle, Data analytics and representation
- Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling
- Knowledge with implementing multiple AI solution in different domains in a large enterprise
- Python Programming experience using Jupyter
- Junior level experience implementing in Azure AI tool, Integration with ServiceNow and other ITAM
- Analysis Azure AI solutions, data analysis, process understanding, creating and mapping design documents
- Worked with Ping Federate/LDAP authorization
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA
- Good in Tableau reporting, Data analytics and dashboards
