HR Specialist Safety Intern

As an HR Specialist Safety Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various safety initiatives and programs. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in safety and a high level overview of other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in reviewing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

· Conduct workplace hazard assessments and inspections under supervision.

· Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees.

· Contribute to the development of emergency response plans and procedures.

· Assist in maintaining safety records and preparing reports on safety performance.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

· Strong interest in safety and a desire to learn about safety regulations and compliance.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
