Medical Research Associate

Medical Research Associate needed for a fast-moving software company, Nested Knowledge. We develop AI tools for systematic literature review, and are currently rolling out the software across research institutions, pharma, and device companies.

Our senior leadership needs direct support from a Research Associate. The position's primary responsibility is to use the Nested Knowledge software to perform AI-assisted, rapid literature reviews on a wide range of clinical topics (safety and efficacy of therapies for oncology, auto-immune diseases, vascular diseases, immunology, etc.). Other responsibilities include collaborative study design, quality control of AI findings, summarizing and interpreting findings, discussing and presenting research outputs.

We are hiring for a remote position at 20-40 hours per week; this job requires fast learning, independence, research capabilities, biomedical knowledge, and good communication skills. The role is flexible based on your interests and there are opportunities for your role to grow toward contributions beyond research. Pay is based on previous experience; you will likely get several publications to medical journals as well as personal connections to physicians, health economists, and executives in biotech and life sciences.
