At Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS), the focus is on orthopedics and patients are our priority. At many therapy practices, care is delegated to aides and techs so that therapists can simultaneously oversee multiple patients' rehab. We think patients and their referring providers should expect better. At OSS, we don't overlap appointments. Therapists are scheduled one patient at a time all the time.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a new graduate Physical Therapist at Olympic Sports and Spine, you can expect to work closely with patients on a one-on-one basis, providing individualized treatment plans and hands-on therapy sessions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation programs, and monitoring progress to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. With a 4x10 schedule, Monday to Friday, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the field of physical therapy and gain valuable experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals in our yearlong new grad structured mentorship program.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
