You will compile and analyze human resources process metrics and recommends improvements. Additionally, you will assist in resolution of conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on employment matters; conducts and documents investigations.

Data Analysis, Microsoft Office, Relationship Building & Management, Human Resources, and Project Management.
