Financial Planning Coordinator
Financial Advisors in West Des Moines, IA looking to add Financial Planning Coordinator to their operations team. The Financial Planning Coordinator is responsible for directly supporting the advisors’ practices to provide exceptional financial planning, investment management, and client service to existing and prospective clients. The Financial Planning Coordinator must meet both advisors’ and clients’ service expectations, while developing collaborative relationships. Responsibilities & Activities
- Work directly with Advisor prior to client meetings to finalize meeting prep and research client service or planning issues
- Work directly with Advisor to implement plans and conduct research and/or coordinate communication with clients regarding post meeting action items
- Communicate directly with clients via phone and/or email
- Work directly with Advisor to manage and facilitate client planning and technology tools
- Run and review tax analysis software for clients
- Work with Advisor and team to develop new business opportunities
- Identify and communicate ways in which the client planning and/or investment management process can be improved for efficiency purposes
- Initiate and participate in client projects and initiatives, always with the goal of improving processes and the client experience
Experience/Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Life, Accident and Health licensed (Or willing to get licensed in first 90 days)
- Series 7 and 66 (Preferred)
- Right Capital, Emoney, or Money Guide Pro Experience (Preferred)
