Farm Equipment Operator Requirements
Basic experience operating farm equipment, preferably including combines, plows, seeders, and balers.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery.
Knowledge of agricultural practices and crop production techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends during peak seasons as required.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.


Farm Equipment Operator Responsibilities
Operate a variety of farm equipment including combines, plows, seeders, balers, and other machinery as needed.
Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.
Follow established procedures and safety protocols while operating machinery and handling agricultural chemicals.
Assist with crop planting, harvesting, and processing activities according to seasonal demands.
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Transport equipment to different fields and locations as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment storage facilities.
Communicate effectively with farm management and fellow team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
