Guest Services at University of Iowa Healthcare is looking for summer help.  Our mission is to provide exemplary customer service to UI Health Care patients, guests, and families. Duties include transporting patients to/from units, clinics and procedure areas via wheelchair or patient bed, assist with luggage, locating relatives, cafeteria needs, etc. May be trained as a driver on the Guest Services PAT mobile (golf cart). Welcome guests to the hospital, provide directions, and provide important patient and guest restrictions and operational procedures.    Operation hours are M-F 7a-6p; Saturday 7:30am-5:30pm; & Sunday 10am-4pm.
