Financial Advisor Launchpad-Summer Associate (2024 graduates)

This program entails a mentorship program and will give you the ability to transition from Summer Associate to Financial Representative/Financial Advisor with ease. You will earn Life, Accident & Health License, & Securities Licenses, SIE/Series 7 prep (paid for by Guardian/CFS). You will develop relationship building, sales, social, multi-tasking skills and learn about client acquisition & business development in training.
