Role Summary

  • Build relationships with prospective new clients through cold calling
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy (includes managing and selling directly to customers from independent outbound sales efforts - door to door, phone calls, emails, etc)
  • Meet monthly goals set by your manager
  • Engage in team activities within the company (staff meetings, trainings, and professional development, etc.)
  • Regularly using new online software and technology, including video chat software, email, CRM, etc.
  • Performing work tasks out of a dedicated home office

What we are looking for:

  •  Outside Sales experience is a plus!
  • Highly motivated, independent individual, exuding a high sense of urgency at all times.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Eager to contact via in-person, email + over the phone with decision-makers securing their interest, and converting them to high-quality sales prospects
  • Personable, outgoing, helpful, able to initiate conversation and communications
  • Thrives meeting new people, networking and walking into new businesses
