We have an Business Intelligence Internship opportunity for the summer 2024. We are looking for a current student or recent graduate who is passionate about utilizing data to drive continuous improvement processes and programs that support our Web team’s strategic priorities in providing excellent services for our customers.
Location:
Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in office and remotely up to 2 days per week depending on project scope and assignment details. No remote applicants.
You will share your talents as a Business Intelligence Intern in the following ways:
- Data Migration: Create automated processes to bring data from Adobe Analytics to Azure SQL Database.
- Data Visualization: Partner with Web Experience team to create a website scorecard in Microsoft Power BI.
- Data Architecture: Refresh and maintain Business Requirements Document (BRD)/Solution Design Requirements (SDR) documentation that serves as the blueprint for our digital analytics business requirements and data collection design.
- Web Governance: Monitor and maintain our web governance instance. Conduct user acceptance testing on new analytics tracking and partner with other departments to resolve identified tracking issues.
- Automated Workflows: Review and document extract, transform and load (ETL) automations. Identify opportunities for improvement and consolidation.
You will bring the following experiences & qualifications as a Business Intelligence Intern:
- Preferably a Junior-or Senior-level student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or recent graduate; and/or other related field.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, MS Office, and Outlook preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members, conveying ideas clearly, and presenting findings or proposals.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, contribute ideas, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, evaluate information, and propose effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and environments as needed.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing workload efficiently.
- Ability to pay close attention to small details while maintaining focus on the broader objectives.
- Ability to organize tasks, materials, and information efficiently to streamline processes and improve productivity.
What you’ll find working here as a Marketing Intern:
- Salary: $20.00 / hr.
- Hours: 35-40 hours/week; specific hours will vary based on your availability (hybrid environment)
