Work hours are between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have large blocks of time (2-3+ hours per shift) available to work.

Duties: Staff the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) offices at UIHC. Assist faculty, students, and staff with mobile devices (phones, tablets, and laptops), providing face-to-face technical support and maintaining high levels of customer service. Manage the loaner laptop pool and assist with the deployment and maintenance of RTLS (Real Time Location Service) Staff Duress systems. Perform other tasks as needed. Technical curiosity is preferred. Training will be provided.
